活性炭充填硅胶是一种柱净化填料, 用于微量分析多氯二苯并对二恶英（PCDDs）和多氯二苯并呋喃（PCDFs）。微量分析要达到高精度要求，就少不了优异的样品净化方法。由于二恶英毒性特别高，引起社会广泛关注，因此进行二恶英分析时，安全性必须十分可靠。活性炭具有特异吸附具有平板结构的化合物的特性，譬如二恶英。活性炭净化在精制富集二恶英样品是必不可少的过程，这点得到全球广泛认可。然而，传统的活性炭颗粒存在这样的弱点：
当颗粒较小时，渗透率较低，而颗粒较大时，在洗脱时会引起严重的拖尾现象。
该新型色谱柱填料，采用活性炭充填入硅胶而成，不仅具有活性炭的优良特性，而且具备很好的渗透性。

活性炭充填硅胶 019-11941 [操作程序]

将玻璃棉放在色谱柱的底部，与一个旋塞相连接，加入高度约1厘米的无水硫酸钠。然后加入1g活性炭充填硅胶，轻轻晃动柱子以使厚度均匀。在顶部再次加入另一层的无水硫酸钠，高度约0.5厘米。（参考设备图。）
当柱子装填完毕，马上用吸管将样品（需将正己烷溶液浓缩至0.3毫升左右）慢慢滴加到无水硫酸钠层上。然后用0.1毫升的正己烷数次洗涤管壁和无水硫酸钠层。
静置几分钟后，在色谱柱上方连接一个装有200毫升25%[ v/v]的二氯甲烷/正己烷混合物的分液漏斗，轻轻让混合液缓缓流下来，开始以每秒钟1滴的速度进行洗脱。（该洗脱液不含二恶英。）
当二氯甲烷/正己烷混合液加完，继续用200 mL甲苯以每秒1滴的流速进行洗脱。（该洗脱液含有二恶英。）
将甲苯洗脱液用减压KD浓缩器浓缩至目标体积。
活性炭充填硅胶 019-11941
[注意事项]
多氯联苯可以用25%二氯甲烷/正己烷完全洗脱出来，用于定量分析。
由于采用的是干燥型柱层析，在洗脱过程中，气泡会留在柱内。不过对于回收率和重现性无不良影响。
当1,2,3,4-T4CDD 和O8CDD单组份荷载为1ng时，回收率超过90%。
